about Laura
Laura Zazueta is born and raised in Imperial County and currently based in San Diego, CA.
She received a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Sociology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the Design Institute of San Diego with a focus on Interior design.
Laura began her career in design by working closely with top design firms and lighting design experts in San Diego.
Laura is a self-taught painter and artisan with a focus on female figurative painting, still life, abstracts and
handcrafted lifestyle products.
Her passion for antiques, vintage, fashion and music shows through in her art.
Her skills for juxtaposing contemporary with vintage, and new with antiques shines through in her curated spaces
